Today I'm sharing a "No FIlter Juice Demo" that has tons of enzymes to aid with your digestion and helps with your constipation. Juice has a way of rehydrating our bodies in multiple ways.
Juicing fruits and vegetables that have a high concentration of water can be very hydrating and it's easy to do on a frequent basis to help your body regain balance.
In this demo, it takes literally less than 10 minutes to make some delicious juice that the whole family can enjoy.
Let's Dive In!
So recently I shared some juices on my Facebook page and someone didn't get the same results as me... so I was inspired to create a video for the behind the scenes to help you spruce up your juice a bit so you can get the same experience.
Because guess what, she called me out on it, but so many others may have had the same reaction and I want to help you make the transition to juicing fun. Food should always be fun.
So let's dive in!
Beets and I go way back! Every Sunday in my native country of Jamaica, we would drink beet and carrot juice mixed with condensed milk and nutmeg! It was like a ritual or at least it felt like it.
As soon as I became an adult, I no longer even tasted much less drink beets. I rarely ate carrots until I found out that I was allergic to dairy.
I wasn't just allergic to dairy, but wheat, corn and a bunch of other stuff that were now the main staples in my diet.
Fast forward and one day after I first because a raw vegan, I drank a-lot of beets and discovered that my poop was red.
It totally freaked me out as I had no idea a veggie could be that powerful and so quickly.
Then I had my first baby via C-section and needed to get the saline out of my blood in a hurry... The doctors told me the anesthesia would make me constipated, so I thought to myself,
"Thanks for the heads up, but no thank you"
I came home and started juicing!
