How we work together
Step 1: The Date!
All great relationships start with an amazing first date! In this step, you and I will hop on a call so we can chat all about your business, your goals, your projects! Basically evaluating your business needs! No need to be nervous, this call is a perfect opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
Step 2: Making it Official!
If after our call, we’ve both decided to take the next big step in our relationship and start reducing your stressors, I’ll do a quick book look, you’ll receive an engagement letter and invoice from us detailing the package you chose and asking for you to sign your name on the dotted e-line.
Step 3: The Party!
Our clients are VERY important to us and we want to make sure you feel welcome :). Once your engagement letter is signed and your invoice is paid, you’ll receive access to your client portal where you can view your contract and invoices at any time plus a welcome packet that outlines some of our company’s most important policies and procedures and how they most benefit you. You get to focus on only what you can do best and we stay connected via phone, email, web! Knowledge is power! We feel that every business owner should know their numbers at any given time, and that is why our services are performed via the cloud, which means you have accurate, up-to-date books all the time (from any remote connection) so you can make informed financial decisions about your business.
