When I first started transitioning to eating a more whole based plant-based diet, I really thought I was going to make it.... meaning I was going to eat more plant-based, but I wasn't ready to give up my chocolate. Then I discovered vegan chocolate

I love chocolate, I've always loved chocolate. Growing up we used to make our own, but that was a lot slower pace of life and today, I want to grab my chocolate or a chocolate treat in a few minutes.

So here is a recipe that will take you literally 5 minutes to make. Very delicious, you can use these for party favors, kids treats, snacks, or desserts WITHOUT guilt. 

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup vegan cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan 
  • 1/2 cup almond butter

Method

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well
  2. Add in almond butter and combine until formed into a ball. 
  3. If the mixture is too dry, feel free to add more almond butter or just let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature and it will come together. 
  4. Use a tsp to form a little ball. 
  5. Place in the fridge to chill
  6.  These will last 3-5 days in the fridge stored in a mason jar.
